Welcome to Cleaning4U. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Cleaning4U, you agree to receive cleaning services as described on our website or in written communication. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards via secure third-party processors.
• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows or entry denials may be charged in full.

4. Access & Safety

• You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Pets must be secured during the cleaning service to ensure safety for both pets and staff.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost where appropriate.

6. Liability

Cleaning4U is insured and takes great care in delivering our services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages
• Items not secured properly (e.g. falling shelves, unstable furniture)
• Natural wear and tear during normal cleaning

7. Use of Website

You may not use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes. All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
