Overall, the cleaning service is generally good, and they clean thoroughly. The crew is friendly and able to work efficiently, usually completing most tasks in under 1 hour and 45 minutes.However, based on my experience using their services, there have been times where service was lacking, such as arriving late, being sent to the wrong address, or not showing up on time, finished early, communication issues, and not using the whole cleaning time.Hoping these feedback will improve their service but I will say that no one is perfect. After recently purchasing a home, we hired Cleaning4U for a move in cleaning. They did the job the day before our furniture was scheduled to arrive. This cleaning service is top notch! Manilka was pleasant and quick to help over the phone. She assigned a team who excels at my specific request (deep clean / move out ), and she was able to book her on very short notice. Red team did an amazing cleaning job, one member was up on a ladder reaching tough spots, she did behind the fridge, inside the dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and team thoroughly cleaned every other surface in the place! It sparkled and smelled fresh upon my return. Red team had a positive and friendly energy, team knew exactly what I meant and went to town!! I’m sure all the cleaners are good, but if you get a chance to ask for Red team you won’t be disappointed!
This company requires 36 hours cancellation notice otherwise a 50% fee will be applied. This is a normal practice of business and I respect that.However they like to move your schedule last minute. The excuse is they tried to accommodate everybody if there is a last-minute change. I would normally work with them if it’s OK with my schedule. Life changes and it could have been me that may need the favour one day.Unfortunately, it’s been happening way too often, and the woman on the phone is very rude. She says it a matter-of-factly that they have to make that change and it’s not their fault. One time the reason was a last-minute cancellation so they didn’t wanna leave a time-slot in between services. Today it was a client who wants to extend their services so they have to delay me for an hour. It is not a big deal if I’m free, however I had already booked my day solid. They did not get my consent first before bumping me to an hour later and none of the alternative times work for me. It really upsets me that they just agreed to another customer before the committed one has changed. This was all done within 24 hours of the booked cleaning service.Am I going to get a 50% fee as exchange for late cancellation? In this case, it appears that they value other customer’s business over mine so I’ll take it elsewhere.In terms of cleaning, they do an average job. The ladies coming to my house are polite and courteous.Stay away from this company if you don’t want a constantly changing schedule and a rude person on the phone.

I was quoted 3 cleaners for move out “deep clean” for 2.5 hours in a 1 bedroom apartment that was empty, I had pre cleaned the bathroom and fridge for them and was unable to do the walk through since I do not live in the city once I saw the apartment I am not sure what the cleaners even did in that time the floors were dirty the baseboards still had dust build up. It did not look like they even vacuumed or mopped which would be the bare minimum. I had to go in and wash the floors and cabinets myself. I sent the photos and videos and very poor customer service. Would recommend staying away from this company they ask for 80% upfront and then do not clean feels like a scam at this point. If I could add videos you can see me taking a wipe to the kitchen floor and it being covered in dust and dirt still.They claim it’s unfair to not reach out within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied but I think what is unfair is being charged for a supposed deep clean and still having to finish the job yourself. Also they have taken no accountability for the poor cleaning job which is even more disappointing.Do not use this company.

Showed up right on time and finished right on time. The oven looked brand new after they cleaned it. All the stainless steel was spotless and the place smelled “clean”. Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. I was not at the apartment but as per my husband who was on site while they cleaned, the company's cleaners were ONE HOUR late, which impeded his ability to do work and to shower after exercise. They did not arrive at 3pm or even 3:15pm they arrived at 4pm!!!! They also were supposed to stay for more than an hour and left within FORTY minutes.I sent a prior note regarding instructions for the cleaning session and they did not inform us that there is additional charge for what we are asking. They also did not even throw out the garbage!!!They were also VERY disruptive during their cleaning which required multiple points where my husband had to give them simple instructions when he was on calls - for example they did not check the sliding glass doors for sheets when he clearly told them the sheets were there. He needed to stop his call, physically go and show them.We brought up all these issues to them and they did not apologize for anything, they blamed us in turn for actually being "too busy during cleaning to give direction" and because of this they "left early". Goodness. This is basically fraud; we gave prior instruction, we contacted the company around punctuality, we accommodated when they said they were going to be 15 minutes late and in turn they took advantage of us! We will not be going back to this company and you should not book with them either!

I booked with this company for a move out cleaning. It was over all a positive experience, the initial quote was reasonable for the job on their checklist, it was bit high for my budget (2 bedroom apartment). The person on the phone suggested I get 1 hr 30 mins but with a catch that the cleaners will only do priority areas which I did. The cleaners arrived on time and I spoke with the guy first, told him I need my fridge and oven cleaned including the kitchen’s back splash and outside the cupboards, kid’s drawing on the hallway walls and total bathroom clean up. I left while the cleaning was done then came back for inspection. My oven and fridge looks so much better and the bathroom smelled clean. The only thing was that the door was not wipe or dusted so I mentioned it to them which one of them wiped it off quickly. They also included scrubbing off the crayon marks in my living room. I would definitely recommend them and book again, just make sure to be clear on what you want it done and check after. The 1 guy and 2 ladies did a great job. ????????
The booking was simple and easy and they were very responsive via email, as it was my preference for communication. The onsite team did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I had an issue with an unfinished appliance and Cleaning4U was responsive to ensure that it was cleaned the next business day. The cleaning agent they use repels water stains for a few days, so I didn't need to clean my vanity sink all that soon. However I found the scent too strong. All in all I was satisfied and would call them in future.
I used this company for carpet cleaning, after I spilled red wine all over my carpet (facepalm), they warned me that it's hard to get these kind of stains out, but that they would try their best. The guy who came was great, I could tell he really wanted to do a good job, and indeed they got it out completely, it looks brand new. Very happy, and the service was on time, professional, and good value. Will use them again.

They did the move out cleaning and I highly recommend them for that as well. It was so easy to know it'd be taken care of the day before we turned in the keys to our last place.We also had them do a move-in cleaning at the new house within our first week, and wish we had asked them to come before we started moving boxes in, but they worked around us and did a great job with the details. The beds are made each time, and the house smells fresh (not like bleach) when we get home. Scheduling is easy, and the ladies are nice when we cross paths. Cleaning4u is very professional, responsive and validated my concerns. I filled out a request for a quote online and before I knew it Marlen was calling me to ask what I wanted done. We discussed the deep cleaning and how much extra for appliances deep clean that I do for a tenant to move-in. I didn't know that they wipe down walls as well. They emailed me a check list right after the phone callI am very satisfied with Marlen the way she help with my concerns without any hassle.She recommended 3 cleaners for 3 hours with appliances deep clean. And cleaners able to complete the job with in the time and also we did the walk through with the team leader at the end.Again thank you so much for making my move in out clean smooth and easy.

She set me up with 3 cleaners for 2 hours schedule. I needed the service twice a month.
