Best cleaning company I've used so far. It was definitely worth taking the time to write this review. I needed cleaners for my move-out cleaning, and I found Cleaning4U on Google. I read their reviews, and while they had both positive and negative feedback (which is natural for any business), I decided to give them a try.I called, and Manilka answered the phone very politely. She provided me with a quote based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I agreed to the price and the terms, and I received an email confirming the details and a deposit request. After I paid the deposit, I received an invoice.The day before the cleaning, I got an automatic reminder text, which was very helpful. On the cleaning day, the team arrived and did a walk-through with me. After the cleaning was completed, they did another walk-through to ensure everything met the standards. I was very impressed—they even had shoe covers for me.Once the job was finished, I signed the paperwork, and soon after, I received a text asking me to rate their service. Additionally, someone from the customer service department called to check how everything went. They also mentioned that if my landlord wasn’t happy with anything, I could call them immediately, and they’d send someone to redo the work.These extra steps really made my life so much easier. I love Cleaning4U! They saved my move-out experience 100%.When I was moving out, I initially thought I would clean the place myself to save some money. However, I quickly realized it was a lot for me, so I began looking for a cleaning company. I found Cleaning4U on Google and was impressed by their great reviews, so I decided to book with them.They required a deposit to start, and I was a bit hesitant at first, but I thought it was better to give them a try.When the crew arrived, they asked if I had any special requests and did a thorough walk-through of the property. I went out to run some errands.I came back after about two hours and did another walk-through to ensure everything was cleaned properly. My cleaning company canceled last minute, and I was really worried about finding a company to clean my condo and do carpet cleaning. I called Cleaning4U, but they didn’t have any spots available on such short notice. However, the call center agent, Eshi, told me she would try to rearrange a move around few appointments and get me a slot. After 45 minutes of effort, she was able to book my cleaning for the next day. They mentioned that the carpet cleaner would only be available on the 2nd, but Eshi assured me that she could communicate with the landlord to arrange access if I wasn’t around on that day.Long story short, they did a fabulous job! Two small spots were initially missed, but the team leader noticed them during the walk-through and fixed them immediately. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I was able to get my full damage deposit back.I was super stressed, but they made the whole process really smooth. Thank you again!

Three people came to my house. The lady who cleaned my kitchen wasted her time by hand washing dishes when I had a dishwasher. She didn't clean the fridge or the inside of the cupboards, she just wiped the outside. The men who cleaned my bathroom didn't clean the cupboards at all. It was a waste of money. Two people could have done a better job. I've hired cleaners before and this is not a professional service.

I had a terrible experience with Cleaning 4U. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. Despite their invoice claiming the apartment was “deep appliance cleaned,” this was an outright lie. When I moved in, it was clear they had only cleaned the kitchen cabinets and ignored everything else.Here’s what I found:• The gas fan was covered in oil.• The washing machine was full of black mould.• The dishwasher was filthy.• The walls were dirty.• The balcony was full of rubbish.• The bathroom shower cabinet was dirty.This company clearly doesn’t take their job seriously or care about delivering quality service. I strongly advise against hiring Cleaning 4U—they are a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for a reliable cleaning company that actually knows what they’re doing!

I’ve been using the company for 3-6 months now and am very satisfied with them overall. They are reasonably priced for the lower mainland area , always send the same team so I don’t have to explain things again and again and have a simple payment process. The cleaners are always on time and if there are any delays , it is communicated in advance with proper reasons. They do a very good job and make a special note to incorporate any feedback I give them into their next round.A special mention to Eshi who is on top of bookings and has a pleasant and supportive attitude as well as the cleaners Yeral and Mara.

How to Use ICBC for Cleaning

Cleaning4U offers direct billing to provide you with the help you need without worrying about ICBC insurance claims and reimbursement for your injuries.

ICBC’s homemaker benefits are designed to help alleviate the burden of housework for those injured and unable to perform their regular household duties. Depending on the severity of your injury, the length of time for which these services will be covered can vary. For example, if your injury requires you to be off work for a long period of time, ICBC may pay for a longer duration of homemaking services than if your injury is short-term. However, it is important to note that there are certain restrictions with regard to the types of services that qualify as ‘homemaking’. These insurance cleaning service benefits only cover those tasks related directly to keeping up a home and do not extend to personal care such as nursing or attendant care.

THE ICBC BENEFITS

Depending on your injury, ICBC will pay for your home cleaning service for the length of time needed for that injury. Household tasks include general home maintenance activities, cooking and meal preparation, and cleaning.

The basic car insurance coverage from ICBC automatically includes accident benefits. If you are injured and can’t work, these benefits can pay for home care, help recover lost wages, pay for medical expenses, and even cover funeral expenses.

There is an evaluation process through ICBC that starts with an application. Once evaluated, if you are approved, Enhanced Benefits will help you until you can resume activity.

ICBC HANDLES THE COST, CLEANING4U DOES THE REST

Cleaning4U offers ICBC direct billing for accident injury insurance claims that include cleaning services under the ICBC Homemaking Benefits program. Cleaning4U bills the ICBC directly, so you need not concern yourself with reimbursement. That means that the ICBC will provide up to $280 per week. The period this is covered is determined by the severity of the injury and the length of the estimated recovery time.

With ICBC advanced care, if you are hurt in an accident, you can get the care and recovery benefits you need for as long as you need them.
