At Cleaning4U, your children, family and pets are a priority to us, so we only use cleaning products that are 100% safe for everyone in your home. All of the products we use are green and eco-friendly, ensuring not only a spotless home, but one that smells great without using any harmful chemicals.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

We don’t require you to be present during the cleaning. However, if you are, please do a walk through with our cleaners before they start and after they finish to ensure everything is up to your standards.

Do you offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with the job when the cleaners are done, you have 24 hours to let us know. We will send our cleaners back your way to ensure everything is done perfectly. The 10 minute walk through before and after the cleaning is free of charge.

What do I need to prepare before the cleaning?

Nothing! We will bring everything with us.

How do I pay for the services?

We take cash, e-transfers, and credit cards. We can also invoice you for mobile based payments.

Fantastic service from orange team. Highly recommend!My place got extremely dusty, so I reached out to Cleaning4U to get a deep clean. One of the call center agent able to get me a quote over the phone and arrange the cleaning in next few days.Orange team were very kind and friendly, arrived at the scheduled time, and they efficiently provided a deep cleaning in a timely manner. The floors and surfaces were shining by the time they left! My place literally smelled SO FRESH, I was stunned!Orange team were amazing, very professional, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service! Absolutely a pleasure to have and definitely plan on calling them again!

Pink team were absolutely incredible! They did a truly amazing job and literally dusted and cleaned parts of my house that I didn't even know existed, like inside my staircase bannisters and the crack between the fireplace and floor. They were friendly, on time, asked about all my preferences, and were even super nice to my cats. They were the best, we will definitely definitely use them again. Thank you Cleaning4U

I appreciate the thorough job, so well done. Our balcony is an extension of our living room, the full wall of windows become invisible; sparkling clean. There is a wonderful calm to a space so lovingly clean. I am not able to climb ladders to create this space, I am grateful for the support from this team and it only takes 2 hours and the work is done!

The communication from the service was very good. They were early, prompt, and made sure to pay special attention to my specific instructions for the apartment. I booked with this company for a move out cleaning. It was over all a positive experience, the initial quote was reasonable for the job on their checklist, it was bit high for my budget (2 bedroom apartment). The person on the phone suggested I get 1 hr 30 mins but with a catch that the cleaners will only do priority areas which I did. The cleaners arrived on time and I spoke with the guy first, told him I need my fridge and oven cleaned including the kitchen’s back splash and outside the cupboards, kid’s drawing on the hallway walls and total bathroom clean up. I left while the cleaning was done then came back for inspection. My oven and fridge looks so much better and the bathroom smelled clean. The only thing was that the door was not wipe or dusted so I mentioned it to them which one of them wiped it off quickly. They also included scrubbing off the crayon marks in my living room. I would definitely recommend them and book again, just make sure to be clear on what you want it done and check after. The 1 guy and 2 ladies did a great job. 👍👍

The booking was simple and easy and they were very responsive via email, as it was my preference for communication. The onsite team did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I had an issue with an unfinished appliance and Cleaning4U was responsive to ensure that it was cleaned the next business day. The cleaning agent they use repels water stains for a few days, so I didn't need to clean my vanity sink all that soon. However I found the scent too strong. All in all I was satisfied and would call them in future.

I used this company for carpet cleaning, after I spilled red wine all over my carpet (facepalm), they warned me that it's hard to get these kind of stains out, but that they would try their best. The guy who came was great, I could tell he really wanted to do a good job, and indeed they got it out completely, it looks brand new. Very happy, and the service was on time, professional, and good value. Will use them again.

The green team was amazing, Manuel, Saul and Cynthia were super friendly and respectful. Really efficient, they did a great cleaning with great attitude. It was my birthday and I was so happy to have them around being professional and cordial. This is the best cleaning company in Vancouver! We have used Cleaning 4U 4-5 times in the past few months, and every time, the crew has done an amazing job. From the beginning communication to following up, the team is always super responsive and efficient. They always come with multiple staff and within hours leaves our home sparkling clean! They also check upon arrival of any specific areas that you wish for them to focus on. 1st time using a Cleaning4u service and I have to say the outstanding customer service started with the initial phone call, inquiring about services.They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #14 showed up. Excellent service from Cleaning4U. They recently performed a Move Out service for me as I was listing my home on the market. They arrived promptly and I left them in my home to perform their magic. I returned to an absolute spotless home and it almost made me want to not sell my property — that’s how well they cleaned it. They went above and beyond all my expectations. The cleaning team was great. I moved into a new apartment that clearly wasn't cleaned before I had moved in. Years of grime on everything. The team was very thorough cleaning the showers, sinks, and cabinets inside and out. Now I can comfortably use my bathroom. Great job on the kitchen, the cabinets were pretty beat up and lots of dirt inside but practically spotless now. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.

The team that arrived was punctual and professional. They did an amazing job and the products used smelled pleasant/mild, unlike other cleaning companies I’ve used. They were also able to make my fridge shinyIt may seem pricey, but their customer relationship management, website, professional appearance, etc is worth the cost. As a business owner/techie, I know these investments are definitely not cheap, so to me, I love that Cleaning4U has put in the extra effort to serve their customers from first contact to a squeaky clean home.

I called to inquire about their services and I found their price to be better compared to other companies I called.The 3 ladies that worked on our home were very nice and did their job well. Excellent service from start to finish for a move out clean. I called with less than a week's notice and they were able to accommodate. I called again the day before to add a second stove in my new place in the same building onto the job. Previous tenant had not cleaned the rust underneath the top.They did a fantastic job of both, and I passed my inspection with flying colours!

I've been using Cleaning4U every two weeks for over a year now, in two different homes. They're good with cleaning, scheduling and even working around piles we sometimes leave around too. They did the move out cleaning and I highly recommend them for that as well. It was so easy to know it'd be taken care of the day before we turned in the keys to our last place.We also had them do a move-in cleaning at the new house within our first week, and wish we had asked them to come before we started moving boxes in, but they worked around us and did a great job with the details. The beds are made each time, and the house smells fresh (not like bleach) when we get home. Scheduling is easy, and the ladies are nice when we cross paths. Cleaning4u is very professional, responsive and validated my concerns. I filled out a request for a quote online and before I knew it Marlen was calling me to ask what I wanted done. We discussed the deep cleaning and how much extra for appliances deep clean that I do for a tenant to move-in. I didn't know that they wipe down walls as well. They emailed me a check list right after the phone callI am very satisfied with Marlen the way she help with my concerns without any hassle.She recommended 3 cleaners for 3 hours with appliances deep clean. And cleaners able to complete the job with in the time and also we did the walk through with the team leader at the end.Again thank you so much for making my move in out clean smooth and easy.

I contacted Cleaning4U company because I’m in need of a housecleaning service to help me clean my house. I am disabled. I spoke with Marlen -booking department she is very helpful and knowledgeable. She set me up with 3 cleaners for 2 hours schedule. I needed the service twice a month. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sean in person, and he is one of the most nicest, caring, and genuine business owner you will meet.My partner and I had a regular clean up for our apartment. The entire interaction was easy and smooth. The Cleaning 4U team was very responsive and updated us when our place was almost done so we knew what time to return. We did not know what to expect.
