I called, and Manilka answered the phone very politely. She provided me with a quote based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I agreed to the price and the terms, and I received an email confirming the details and a deposit request. After I paid the deposit, I received an invoice.
The day before the cleaning, I got an automatic reminder text, which was very helpful. On the cleaning day, the team arrived and did a walk-through with me. After the cleaning was completed, they did another walk-through to ensure everything met the standards. I was very impressed—they even had shoe covers for me.
Once the job was finished, I signed the paperwork, and soon after, I received a text asking me to rate their service. Additionally, someone from the customer service department called to check how everything went. Here’s what I found:
• The gas fan was covered in oil.
• The washing machine was full of black mould.
• The dishwasher was filthy.
• The walls were dirty.
