I hired cleaning4u for a move out clean of an apartment. I was quoted $500 for the cleaning and a deep clean of the kitchen and it was estimated it will take 3 cleaners 3 hours to perform the job. I was present for the first 15 minutes of the job and observed the cleaners working hard and then left. When I returned to the unit, I noticed that the kitchen counter was still covered with dust and there were remnants of food left over. I took a paper towel and gave it a quick wipe and the towel was black in colour. In addition, the interior top of the microwave, the stove vents, cabinet bottoms were not cleaned. These are surfaces that are hidden at first glance. It was disappointing as I paid extra for a deep clean of the kitchen specifically.
Very, very happy with the results of our upholstery cleaning. Some stubborn stains that others couldn’t removed are gone. Our technician was incredibly professional, kind and thoughtful. Would recommend and will use again! Thank you.

After I posted my original three star review, I was contacted by the company and offered a discount for changing my review!Beware of a lack of less than stellar reviews.I hired this company for a “Deep Clean”. My regular cleaner came two days before so my house was superficially clean. I wanted a Deep Clean of certain areas and for only a portion of my house despite the quoted time being for my entire house. There was clearly a communication problem so I don’t know how much the cleaners understood what I was asking. These cleaners aren’t really trained/good. They don’t look for dirt. Just do the basics (and not all of that like wiping off the kitchen counters or mopping the floor), If you just want a superficial clean then they’d be adequate. Clean4U offered to send the team back but it’s not my job to train their cleaners even if I could with the communication issues.A disappointing service. I will not use them again.

My only complaint was that the final bill was $100 higher than the original quote, even though I gave an accurate description of our house. I’m a student in Vancouver, and I usually live paycheck to paycheck. I had to move out of my place, and my landlord insisted that I hire a professional cleaning company. I wanted to clean it myself to save money, but she, being a particular character, said no. One day, I saw a Cleaning4U car parked by my building, so I took the phone number from there and called their hotline.They provided a quote over the phone that I found reasonable. However, it still felt a bit too much for me as a student with limited work opportunities. I explained my situation, and they offered me an additional 10% off for a student discount. After thinking it over, I decided to call around and compare prices. Most of the companies I contacted had similar or higher prices, so I ultimately went with Cleaning4U.They did a fabulous move-out cleaning, and I was able to get my full damage deposit back. My landlord was super impressed with how they cleaned the window edges (the very corner parts that can't be reached with a vacuum). They even used Q-tips to get all the dirt out.My building management company said they would recommend Cleaning4U to everyone in the building.Thank you so much for being so generous and providing excellent move-out cleaning services. Before my big wedding, my mum was super stressed with cleaning our large home. I felt bad about it, so I told her I would look for a cleaning company to help before our relatives arrived. However, my mum wanted to save money and insisted on doing it herself. I couldn’t bear to watch her struggle with the cleaning, so I started looking for cleaning companies in my area.The first company I called was Cleaning4U. Over the phone, they provided me with a quote based on my instructions, and I was able to book their cleaning services for three days later. On the day of the cleaning, I asked my cousin to take my mum out for four hours of grocery shopping. I did a walkthrough with the cleaners as soon as they arrived. They assured me that four hours with three cleaners would be enough to complete the job.They managed to clean every bathroom, kitchen, wall, and bedroom, floors, windows and finishing the full house in just three hours and forty minutes. They mentioned that they would charge accordingly, but I told them they could keep the extra for tips.When my mum returned from shopping and saw the house, she started crying tears of joy. To be honest, Cleaning4U is a gem. They went above and beyond. From the booking process to the end of the service, everything was seamless. I especially loved their automatic reminder texts.I apologize for taking a while to write this review; I’ve been busy with my wedding. I’ve now called them to clean my in-laws' home as well.Thank you so much, Cleaning4U!
For the sake of your time, money and mental health — RUN FAR FAR AWAY.I paid a substantial $226 for their moving out cleaning service. What I received instead was shocking:* The cleaning team spent two hours in my apartment with virtually nothing to show for it.* They neglected to clean walls, doors, fridge, oven, skirting boards, and blinds—basic tasks one would expect from a professional cleaning service.* The extent of their negligence was so egregious that I had to documented it in a video. (attached)When confronted, the team blatantly lied, claiming they had attempted to clean but were unsuccessful. Trusting their word was my first mistake as I was able to easily clean these spots myself as shown in the video. Upon raising these issues with Cleaning4u, they promised to send another team to rectify the situation. This is where the situation further deteriorated:* The second team failed to notify me upon completion, denying me the opportunity for a walkthrough. I had to email the head office after 3 hours of no communication to find out if they were still there. They mentioned they left already.* This negligence left my apartment unlocked and unsupervised for an unknown period—a significant security risk.* When I finally returned, it was night time and darkness prevented a thorough inspection. However, it looked better and I let cleaning4u know this via email by saying "things look 10x better" which quite frankly, wasn't hard given the first teams attempts.- However, by morning light, it was clear that the blinds, walls, skirting boards, and oven remained uncleaned. (Images of some of the areas can be seen below)The company's failure forced me to spend an entire day sourcing cleaning supplies and cleaning my apartment myself, a day before my scheduled move-out inspection. This added unnecessary stress during an already hectic time of relocating to another country.Despite providing ample evidence of their failure to deliver the advertised services, Cleaning4u refused to issue a refund. They manipulatively used my initial email stating that "things look 10x better" as grounds for denying compensation, blatantly disregarding their own 24-hour policy for raising issues. For some reason, they also contacted my building manager without consent and deduced that because I passed my inspection, they would not give a refund. The ironic thing being that the inspection was based on MY CLEANING not theirs, which I stated many times in advance.LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

The cleaning team did an excellent job cleaning my apartment for my move out inspection. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, including the fans, and the tops of the cupboards (which were filthy). The apartment sparkled. They cleaned the venetians, and washed the windows, including inside the window wells. The only thing they left was the walls - but that was at my request as my landlord told me in advance that the walls didn't need to be touched.They did an excellent job in the 2 hours they quoted me. I'd definitely recommend them. Their hard work was very appreciated.The only slight downside is that they were a bit late arriving for the appointment. I wish there would have been better communication about that. The late arrival wasn't a big deal, they still cleaned my apartment spotless.Very happy with the service. The landlord was impressed. Overall, the cleaning service is generally good, and they clean thoroughly. The crew is friendly and able to work efficiently, usually completing most tasks in under 1 hour and 45 minutes.However, based on my experience using their services, there have been times where service was lacking, such as arriving late, being sent to the wrong address, or not showing up on time, finished early, communication issues, and not using the whole cleaning time.Hoping these feedback will improve their service but I will say that no one is perfect. I’m still happy to use them in the future.

I booked Cleaning4u to clean up two floors of my home. The team they sent was very thorough, especially in the kitchen where they pulled out the appliances and drawers and cleaned the hidden areas and all surfaces. The carpet on the stairs was deep cleaned as well. Overall, the place looks and smells fresh! Great job!

After recently purchasing a home, we hired Cleaning4U for a move in cleaning. They did the job the day before our furniture was scheduled to arrive. I was initially afraid that they would not finish in time because the home is pretty big. Three cleaners were able to complete the entire house cleaning in one day. This cleaning service is top notch! Manilka was pleasant and quick to help over the phone. She assigned a team who excels at my specific request (deep clean / move out ), and she was able to book her on very short notice. Red team did an amazing cleaning job, one member was up on a ladder reaching tough spots, she did behind the fridge, inside the dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and team thoroughly cleaned every other surface in the place! It sparkled and smelled fresh upon my return. Red team had a positive and friendly energy, team knew exactly what I meant and went to town!! I’m sure all the cleaners are good, but if you get a chance to ask for Red team you won’t be disappointed!
This company requires 36 hours cancellation notice otherwise a 50% fee will be applied. This is a normal practice of business and I respect that.However they like to move your schedule last minute. The excuse is they tried to accommodate everybody if there is a last-minute change. I would normally work with them if it’s OK with my schedule. Life changes and it could have been me that may need the favour one day.Unfortunately, it’s been happening way too often, and the woman on the phone is very rude. She says it a matter-of-factly that they have to make that change and it’s not their fault. One time the reason was a last-minute cancellation so they didn’t wanna leave a time-slot in between services. Today it was a client who wants to extend their services so they have to delay me for an hour. It is not a big deal if I’m free, however I had already booked my day solid. They did not get my consent first before bumping me to an hour later and none of the alternative times work for me. It really upsets me that they just agreed to another customer before the committed one has changed. This was all done within 24 hours of the booked cleaning service.Am I going to get a 50% fee as exchange for late cancellation? In this case, it appears that they value other customer’s business over mine so I’ll take it elsewhere.In terms of cleaning, they do an average job. The ladies coming to my house are polite and courteous.Stay away from this company if you don’t want a constantly changing schedule and a rude person on the phone.

I was quoted 3 cleaners for move out “deep clean” for 2.5 hours in a 1 bedroom apartment that was empty, I had pre cleaned the bathroom and fridge for them and was unable to do the walk through since I do not live in the city once I saw the apartment I am not sure what the cleaners even did in that time the floors were dirty the baseboards still had dust build up. It did not look like they even vacuumed or mopped which would be the bare minimum. I had to go in and wash the floors and cabinets myself. I sent the photos and videos and very poor customer service. Would recommend staying away from this company they ask for 80% upfront and then do not clean feels like a scam at this point. If I could add videos you can see me taking a wipe to the kitchen floor and it being covered in dust and dirt still.They claim it’s unfair to not reach out within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied but I think what is unfair is being charged for a supposed deep clean and still having to finish the job yourself. Also they have taken no accountability for the poor cleaning job which is even more disappointing.Do not use this company.

Showed up right on time and finished right on time. The oven looked brand new after they cleaned it. All the stainless steel was spotless and the place smelled “clean”. They took 2 hours to do an empty 800 sq ft apartment that was pretty dirty when I moved in. Would highly recommend it and use it again. Attached a few before and after photos. 😀🙏
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. I was not at the apartment but as per my husband who was on site while they cleaned, the company's cleaners were ONE HOUR late, which impeded his ability to do work and to shower after exercise. They did not arrive at 3pm or even 3:15pm they arrived at 4pm!!!! They also were supposed to stay for more than an hour and left within FORTY minutes.I sent a prior note regarding instructions for the cleaning session and they did not inform us that there is additional charge for what we are asking. They also did not even throw out the garbage!!!They were also VERY disruptive during their cleaning which required multiple points where my husband had to give them simple instructions when he was on calls - for example they did not check the sliding glass doors for sheets when he clearly told them the sheets were there. He needed to stop his call, physically go and show them.We brought up all these issues to them and they did not apologize for anything, they blamed us in turn for actually being "too busy during cleaning to give direction" and because of this they "left early". Goodness. This is basically fraud; we gave prior instruction, we contacted the company around punctuality, we accommodated when they said they were going to be 15 minutes late and in turn they took advantage of us! We will not be going back to this company and you should not book with them either!

The Cleaning 4 U team did an amazing job! This is my first time using their deep cleaning services for a vacant 1 bed/1bath condo (600SF) and I was so impressed how they were able to remove all the grime that accumulated in my clients oven/hood. I also requested to have the back of my client’s refrigerator cleaned and was a bit worried that they did not have experience moving large heavy appliances. I booked with this company for a move out cleaning. It was over all a positive experience, the initial quote was reasonable for the job on their checklist, it was bit high for my budget (2 bedroom apartment). The person on the phone suggested I get 1 hr 30 mins but with a catch that the cleaners will only do priority areas which I did. The cleaners arrived on time and I spoke with the guy first, told him I need my fridge and oven cleaned including the kitchen’s back splash and outside the cupboards, kid’s drawing on the hallway walls and total bathroom clean up. I left while the cleaning was done then came back for inspection. My oven and fridge looks so much better and the bathroom smelled clean. The only thing was that the door was not wipe or dusted so I mentioned it to them which one of them wiped it off quickly. They also included scrubbing off the crayon marks in my living room. I would definitely recommend them and book again, just make sure to be clear on what you want it done and check after. The 1 guy and 2 ladies did a great job. ????????
The booking was simple and easy and they were very responsive via email, as it was my preference for communication. The onsite team did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I had an issue with an unfinished appliance and Cleaning4U was responsive to ensure that it was cleaned the next business day. The cleaning agent they use repels water stains for a few days, so I didn't need to clean my vanity sink all that soon. However I found the scent too strong. All in all I was satisfied and would call them in future.
I used this company for carpet cleaning, after I spilled red wine all over my carpet (facepalm), they warned me that it's hard to get these kind of stains out, but that they would try their best. The guy who came was great, I could tell he really wanted to do a good job, and indeed they got it out completely, it looks brand new. Very happy, and the service was on time, professional, and good value. Will use them again.

The team was very thorough cleaning the showers, sinks, and cabinets inside and out. Now I can comfortably use my bathroom. I called again the day before to add a second stove in my new place in the same building onto the job.
