The cleaning team did an excellent job cleaning my apartment for my move out inspection. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, including the fans, and the tops of the cupboards (which were filthy). The apartment sparkled. They cleaned the venetians, and washed the windows, including inside the window wells. The only thing they left was the walls - but that was at my request as my landlord told me in advance that the walls didn't need to be touched.They did an excellent job in the 2 hours they quoted me. I'd definitely recommend them. Their hard work was very appreciated.The only slight downside is that they were a bit late arriving for the appointment. I wish there would have been better communication about that. The late arrival wasn't a big deal, they still cleaned my apartment spotless.Very happy with the service. The landlord was impressed. Although the price was very good, the cleaners have done a sub par job at deep cleaning. My kitchen’s exhaust is not clean and is sticky. There is an oil trail below the exhaust which is still there. The windows were cleaned from the outside, but there are spider webs still around and the windows weren’t cleaned from the inside which is ironic. Like how can you clean outside but not touch the inside at all? The fridge still had a stain as in the pictures. Tried calling them the same day, but no one answered the call. Overall, the cleaning service is generally good, and they clean thoroughly. The crew is friendly and able to work efficiently, usually completing most tasks in under 1 hour and 45 minutes.However, based on my experience using their services, there have been times where service was lacking, such as arriving late, being sent to the wrong address, or not showing up on time, finished early, communication issues, and not using the whole cleaning time.Hoping these feedback will improve their service but I will say that no one is perfect. I’m still happy to use them in the future.

The team they sent was very thorough, especially in the kitchen where they pulled out the appliances and drawers and cleaned the hidden areas and all surfaces. After recently purchasing a home, we hired Cleaning4U for a move in cleaning. They did the job the day before our furniture was scheduled to arrive. I was initially afraid that they would not finish in time because the home is pretty big. Three cleaners were able to complete the entire house cleaning in one day. This cleaning service is top notch! Manilka was pleasant and quick to help over the phone. She assigned a team who excels at my specific request (deep clean / move out ), and she was able to book her on very short notice. Red team did an amazing cleaning job, one member was up on a ladder reaching tough spots, she did behind the fridge, inside the dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and team thoroughly cleaned every other surface in the place! It sparkled and smelled fresh upon my return. Red team had a positive and friendly energy, team knew exactly what I meant and went to town!! I’m sure all the cleaners are good, but if you get a chance to ask for Red team you won’t be disappointed!
This company requires 36 hours cancellation notice otherwise a 50% fee will be applied. This is a normal practice of business and I respect that.However they like to move your schedule last minute. The excuse is they tried to accommodate everybody if there is a last-minute change. I would normally work with them if it’s OK with my schedule. Life changes and it could have been me that may need the favour one day.Unfortunately, it’s been happening way too often, and the woman on the phone is very rude. She says it a matter-of-factly that they have to make that change and it’s not their fault. One time the reason was a last-minute cancellation so they didn’t wanna leave a time-slot in between services. Today it was a client who wants to extend their services so they have to delay me for an hour. It is not a big deal if I’m free, however I had already booked my day solid. They did not get my consent first before bumping me to an hour later and none of the alternative times work for me. It really upsets me that they just agreed to another customer before the committed one has changed. This was all done within 24 hours of the booked cleaning service.Am I going to get a 50% fee as exchange for late cancellation? In this case, it appears that they value other customer’s business over mine so I’ll take it elsewhere.In terms of cleaning, they do an average job. The ladies coming to my house are polite and courteous.Stay away from this company if you don’t want a constantly changing schedule and a rude person on the phone.

I was quoted 3 cleaners for move out “deep clean” for 2.5 hours in a 1 bedroom apartment that was empty, I had pre cleaned the bathroom and fridge for them and was unable to do the walk through since I do not live in the city once I saw the apartment I am not sure what the cleaners even did in that time the floors were dirty the baseboards still had dust build up. It did not look like they even vacuumed or mopped which would be the bare minimum. I had to go in and wash the floors and cabinets myself. I sent the photos and videos and very poor customer service. Would recommend staying away from this company they ask for 80% upfront and then do not clean feels like a scam at this point. If I could add videos you can see me taking a wipe to the kitchen floor and it being covered in dust and dirt still.They claim it’s unfair to not reach out within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied but I think what is unfair is being charged for a supposed deep clean and still having to finish the job yourself. Also they have taken no accountability for the poor cleaning job which is even more disappointing.Do not use this company.

Showed up right on time and finished right on time. The oven looked brand new after they cleaned it. All the stainless steel was spotless and the place smelled “clean”. They took 2 hours to do an empty 800 sq ft apartment that was pretty dirty when I moved in. Would highly recommend it and use it again. Attached a few before and after photos. 😀🙏
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. I was not at the apartment but as per my husband who was on site while they cleaned, the company's cleaners were ONE HOUR late, which impeded his ability to do work and to shower after exercise. They did not arrive at 3pm or even 3:15pm they arrived at 4pm!!!! They also were supposed to stay for more than an hour and left within FORTY minutes.I sent a prior note regarding instructions for the cleaning session and they did not inform us that there is additional charge for what we are asking. They also did not even throw out the garbage!!!They were also VERY disruptive during their cleaning which required multiple points where my husband had to give them simple instructions when he was on calls - for example they did not check the sliding glass doors for sheets when he clearly told them the sheets were there. He needed to stop his call, physically go and show them.We brought up all these issues to them and they did not apologize for anything, they blamed us in turn for actually being "too busy during cleaning to give direction" and because of this they "left early". Goodness. This is basically fraud; we gave prior instruction, we contacted the company around punctuality, we accommodated when they said they were going to be 15 minutes late and in turn they took advantage of us! We will not be going back to this company and you should not book with them either!

This is my first time using their deep cleaning services for a vacant 1 bed/1bath condo (600SF) and I was so impressed how they were able to remove all the grime that accumulated in my clients oven/hood. I also requested to have the back of my client’s refrigerator cleaned and was a bit worried that they did not have experience moving large heavy appliances. However as soon as I met the team of 3, I could tell they were professionals at what they do from having the proper cleaning tools/supplies to the way they conducted themselves. I booked with this company for a move out cleaning. It was over all a positive experience, the initial quote was reasonable for the job on their checklist, it was bit high for my budget (2 bedroom apartment). The person on the phone suggested I get 1 hr 30 mins but with a catch that the cleaners will only do priority areas which I did. The cleaners arrived on time and I spoke with the guy first, told him I need my fridge and oven cleaned including the kitchen’s back splash and outside the cupboards, kid’s drawing on the hallway walls and total bathroom clean up. I left while the cleaning was done then came back for inspection. My oven and fridge looks so much better and the bathroom smelled clean. The only thing was that the door was not wipe or dusted so I mentioned it to them which one of them wiped it off quickly. They also included scrubbing off the crayon marks in my living room. I would definitely recommend them and book again, just make sure to be clear on what you want it done and check after. The 1 guy and 2 ladies did a great job. ????????
The booking was simple and easy and they were very responsive via email, as it was my preference for communication. The onsite team did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I had an issue with an unfinished appliance and Cleaning4U was responsive to ensure that it was cleaned the next business day. The cleaning agent they use repels water stains for a few days, so I didn't need to clean my vanity sink all that soon. However I found the scent too strong. All in all I was satisfied and would call them in future.
I used this company for carpet cleaning, after I spilled red wine all over my carpet (facepalm), they warned me that it's hard to get these kind of stains out, but that they would try their best. The guy who came was great, I could tell he really wanted to do a good job, and indeed they got it out completely, it looks brand new. Very happy, and the service was on time, professional, and good value. Will use them again.
The green team was amazing, Manuel, Saul and Cynthia were super friendly and respectful. Really efficient, they did a great cleaning with great attitude. It was my birthday and I was so happy to have them around being professional and cordial. They help me with all my requests and their time was perfect!I booked a second cleaning Job and I will request same team to work with.
This is the best cleaning company in Vancouver! We have used Cleaning 4U 4-5 times in the past few months, and every time, the crew has done an amazing job. From the beginning communication to following up, the team is always super responsive and efficient. They always come with multiple staff and within hours leaves our home sparkling clean! They also check upon arrival of any specific areas that you wish for them to focus on. We had a couple different requests every time, and they always make sure that we are satisfied before they leave. 1st time using a Cleaning4u service and I have to say the outstanding customer service started with the initial phone call, inquiring about services.They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #14 showed up. AMAZING !!!They were quick, friendly, very detailed, and work great as a duo! ???????? they asked me how I liked the cleaning every time they were done with a floor before they started the next level. These ladies left my house looking and smelling new (considering I have many pets, ha!) Hands down the best cleaning company leading the way for cleaning miracles.
Excellent service from Cleaning4U. They recently performed a Move Out service for me as I was listing my home on the market. They arrived promptly and I left them in my home to perform their magic. I returned to an absolute spotless home and it almost made me want to not sell my property — that’s how well they cleaned it. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Ive never seen my baseboards, washer/dryer, bathtub and blinds so clean in my 5 years of owning the place. Thank you so much!
The cleaning team was great. I moved into a new apartment that clearly wasn't cleaned before I had moved in. Years of grime on everything. The team was very thorough cleaning the showers, sinks, and cabinets inside and out. Now I can comfortably use my bathroom. Great job on the kitchen, the cabinets were pretty beat up and lots of dirt inside but practically spotless now. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.
The team that arrived was punctual and professional. They did an amazing job and the products used smelled pleasant/mild, unlike other cleaning companies I’ve used. They were also able to make my fridge shinyIt may seem pricey, but their customer relationship management, website, professional appearance, etc is worth the cost. As a business owner/techie, I know these investments are definitely not cheap, so to me, I love that Cleaning4U has put in the extra effort to serve their customers from first contact to a squeaky clean home.
I called to inquire about their services and I found their price to be better compared to other companies I called.The 3 ladies that worked on our home were very nice and did their job well. Excellent service from start to finish for a move out clean. I called with less than a week's notice and they were able to accommodate. I called again the day before to add a second stove in my new place in the same building onto the job. Previous tenant had not cleaned the rust underneath the top.They did a fantastic job of both, and I passed my inspection with flying colours!
I've been using Cleaning4U every two weeks for over a year now, in two different homes. They're good with cleaning, scheduling and even working around piles we sometimes leave around too. They did the move out cleaning and I highly recommend them for that as well. It was so easy to know it'd be taken care of the day before we turned in the keys to our last place.We also had them do a move-in cleaning at the new house within our first week, and wish we had asked them to come before we started moving boxes in, but they worked around us and did a great job with the details. The beds are made each time, and the house smells fresh (not like bleach) when we get home. Scheduling is easy, and the ladies are nice when we cross paths. Cleaning4u is very professional, responsive and validated my concerns. I filled out a request for a quote online and before I knew it Marlen was calling me to ask what I wanted done. We discussed the deep cleaning and how much extra for appliances deep clean that I do for a tenant to move-in. I didn't know that they wipe down walls as well. They emailed me a check list right after the phone callI am very satisfied with Marlen the way she help with my concerns without any hassle.She recommended 3 cleaners for 3 hours with appliances deep clean. And cleaners able to complete the job with in the time and also we did the walk through with the team leader at the end.Again thank you so much for making my move in out clean smooth and easy.

She set me up with 3 cleaners for 2 hours schedule. I needed the service twice a month.
