Best cleaning company I've used so far. It was definitely worth taking the time to write this review. I needed cleaners for my move-out cleaning, and I found Cleaning4U on Google. I read their reviews, and while they had both positive and negative feedback (which is natural for any business), I decided to give them a try.
I called, and Manilka answered the phone very politely. She provided me with a quote based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I agreed to the price and the terms, and I received an email confirming the details and a deposit request. After I paid the deposit, I received an invoice.
The day before the cleaning, I got an automatic reminder text, which was very helpful. On the cleaning day, the team arrived and did a walk-through with me. After the cleaning was completed, they did another walk-through to ensure everything met the standards. I was very impressed—they even had shoe covers for me.
Once the job was finished, I signed the paperwork, and soon after, I received a text asking me to rate their service. Additionally, someone from the customer service department called to check how everything went. They also mentioned that if my landlord wasn’t happy with anything, I could call them immediately, and they’d send someone to redo the work.
These extra steps really made my life so much easier. I got my full damage deposit back, and the main takeaway is that their customer service is top-notch. Thanks, guys! Trust my review, not the negative ones! Haha. Thanks again!

I've used Cleaning4U for over a year now for my listings and when buyers take possession of a new home that has been left in poor condition. They provide excellent service. They arrive on time, the crew are friendly and they do a very detailed cleaning. Highly recommend.

My cleaning company canceled last minute, and I was really worried about finding a company to clean my condo and do carpet cleaning. I called Cleaning4U, but they didn’t have any spots available on such short notice. However, the call center agent, Eshi, told me she would try to rearrange a move around few appointments and get me a slot. After 45 minutes of effort, she was able to book my cleaning for the next day. They mentioned that the carpet cleaner would only be available on the 2nd, but Eshi assured me that she could communicate with the landlord to arrange access if I wasn’t around on that day.
Long story short, they did a fabulous job! Two small spots were initially missed, but the team leader noticed them during the walk-through and fixed them immediately. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I was able to get my full damage deposit back.

I hired Cleaning4U to clean my rental after the tenant moved out, coz the previous cleaning service didn’t do a good job. Cleaning4U did an amazing job, and I'm very happy with their work. I’m a student, and I was moving out of my basement suite. My landlord told me I had to clean the condo professionally. I called 'Cleaning4U,' as their prices were quite reasonable, and they did an excellent job. As a result, I got my damage deposit back

During the holiday season, I wanted to get my home deep cleaned, so I was looking for a cleaning company to clean my 2-bedroom apartment. I booked Cleaning 4U, and they did a fantastic job. They even cleaned all my baseboards. Now, I’ll hire you guys every couple of months or so.

Three people came to my house. The lady who cleaned my kitchen wasted her time by hand washing dishes when I had a dishwasher. She didn't clean the fridge or the inside of the cupboards, she just wiped the outside. The men who cleaned my bathroom didn't clean the cupboards at all. It was a waste of money. Two people could have done a better job. I've hired cleaners before and this is not a professional service.

I had a terrible experience with Cleaning 4U. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreliable. Despite their invoice claiming the apartment was “deep appliance cleaned,” this was an outright lie. When I moved in, it was clear they had only cleaned the kitchen cabinets and ignored everything else.
Here’s what I found:
• The gas fan was covered in oil.
• The washing machine was full of black mould.
• The dishwasher was filthy.
• The walls were dirty.
• The balcony was full of rubbish.
• The bathroom shower cabinet was dirty.
This company clearly doesn’t take their job seriously or care about delivering quality service. I strongly advise against hiring Cleaning 4U—they are a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for a reliable cleaning company that actually knows what they’re doing!

I’ve been using the company for 3-6 months now and am very satisfied with them overall. They are reasonably priced for the lower mainland area , always send the same team so I don’t have to explain things again and again and have a simple payment process. The cleaners are always on time and if there are any delays , it is communicated in advance with proper reasons. They do a very good job and make a special note to incorporate any feedback I give them into their next round.
A special mention to Eshi who is on top of bookings and has a pleasant and supportive attitude as well as the cleaners Yeral and Mara.
