CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your service (including time change), please contact us a minimum of 2 business days before your scheduled appointment (state holidays and weekends are not business days).

You must receive an email or text confirmation from us confirming your cancellation. Voicemails and missed calls are not accepted as valid cancellation.

Any schedule change that occurs within less than 2 business days will be 60% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellation will be 80% of the service fee. This is to respect our scheduling efforts, the team that was reserved for you, and to compensate them for their lost time.
