I called, and Manilka answered the phone very politely. She provided me with a quote based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I agreed to the price and the terms, and I received an email confirming the details and a deposit request. After I paid the deposit, I received an invoice.
The day before the cleaning, I got an automatic reminder text, which was very helpful. On the cleaning day, the team arrived and did a walk-through with me. After the cleaning was completed, they did another walk-through to ensure everything met the standards. I was very impressed—they even had shoe covers for me.
Once the job was finished, I signed the paperwork, and soon after, I received a text asking me to rate their service. Additionally, someone from the customer service department called to check how everything went. When I was moving out, I initially thought I would clean the place myself to save some money. However, I quickly realized it was a lot for me, so I began looking for a cleaning company. I found Cleaning4U on Google and was impressed by their great reviews, so I decided to book with them.
They required a deposit to start, and I was a bit hesitant at first, but I thought it was better to give them a try.
When the crew arrived, they asked if I had any special requests and did a thorough walk-through of the property. I went out to run some errands.
I came back after about two hours and did another walk-through to ensure everything was cleaned properly. Everything looked great, so I signed the paperwork and paid the remaining balance.
The next day, someone from the office called to follow up and check if the inspection went well.

Here’s what I found:
• The gas fan was covered in oil.
• The washing machine was full of black mould.
• The dishwasher was filthy.
• The walls were dirty.
• The balcony was full of rubbish.
• The bathroom shower cabinet was dirty.
This company clearly doesn’t take their job seriously or care about delivering quality service. I strongly advise against hiring Cleaning 4U—they are a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for a reliable cleaning company that actually knows what they’re doing!
